Terms of Service
1. Service Description
Portfi is a read-only treasury analytics and governance monitoring platform for tokenized assets. The service provides portfolio visibility, audit logging, policy monitoring, and CSV exports. Portfi does not provide custody, transaction signing, wallet connection, or any form of asset execution. All blockchain interactions are read-only.
2. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the wallet addresses and organization information you provide. Portfi syncs publicly available on-chain data associated with the addresses you register. You must not use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable regulations.
3. Data and Accuracy
The service is provided on an “as is” basis. We do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of synced data. Reference prices are manually set by organization administrators and do not constitute financial advice or market pricing.
4. Service Availability
Portfi may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without prior notice. We are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by service interruptions, including RPC provider outages, blockchain network issues, or scheduled maintenance.
5. Limitation of Liability
Portfi and its operators shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the service, including any reliance on data displayed for financial or operational decisions.
6. Governing Law
The governing law and jurisdiction for these terms will be determined upon formal legal review. Until then, any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties.
